Job Summary
To supervise on an overall basis the front and back office functions of the commercial operations, commercial operations within the Bank’s branch network and administration of the commercial banking premises.Duties and Resposibilities
• Provide higher level customer service support to the valued clients and troubleshoot the complex queries which cannot be fulfilled by the subordinates.• Be regularly in personal contact/visits with key persons of client institutions and ensure that they are fully satisfied by the services of the bank.
• Make sales and marketing calls to potential clients and play a key role in business development.
• Verify and authorize transactions in the core banking system as per authority matrix
• Provide coaching and mentoring to subordinate staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of items appearing in the bank reconciliation pertaining to commercial banking.
• Implement and monitor the internal controls including AML/KYC controls for all commercial banking operations.
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
EDUCATION:At least Bachelors, preferably with banking experience
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years experience, preferably with banking field
SKILLS:
Have knowledge of banking operations and interest in banking as a career. Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Pashto and Dari; Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Be proficient computer user
