About Ghazanfar BankBank is operational from 1st of March 2009 and is embarking on expansion with branches and is finding ways for expanding its network further to successfully in almost all key provinces of Afghanistan and is looking for qualified professionals for the advertised position.
The Bank is looking for professional experienced Male/Female to fill in the position of Deputy HR Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities-Responsible for supervision of the HR Assistants in the Office
-Responsible for handling recruitment for local employees, insuring post recruitment policies and procedures meet the hiring requirements of the Bank.
-Preparing vacancy announcement, advice the HR Assistant in downloading of CVs, Screening and short listing of qualified candidates.
-Supervise the HR Assistants on arrangement and organizing interview schedule.
-Responsible to inquiry with the HR Assistants on inviting of candidates for the interview.
-Responsible to inquiry of the interview result to be aware of the selection of the candidates
-Responsible to prepare Offer Letter of employment and do the personnel action for hiring.
-Responsible to conduct orientation briefing to new hires and advice the HR assistants print Check-in forms and prepare ID for new employees.
-Responsible to advice the HR assistants on the updating of the HR Database on any of the new comers to Bank.
-Responsible to check monthly payroll report to Finance Dept.
-Responsible for overall drafting of Official letters such as Transfer letter, Visa Extension letter, Work license application letters, Invitation Letter, Introduction Letter to DAB and in coordinating with HR Manager.
-Responsible to update Training Log sheet of the Staff Offside Training and Onside Training.
-Responsible to look after appraisal forms on annual basis and notifying of them to Head of Departments on time and provide them a due date on receiving of the appraisal forms before due date.
-Participate on daily Office meeting conducting with CEO on the status of the employee of the Bank overall Afghanistan.
-Having minimum of two years experience in the Human Resources field with any of the NGOs, UN Offices, Private Sector or International Organization. Plus knowledge of overall Human Resources Personnel Management.
-Must have University Degree especially in Business Administration or other relevant field.
-Must be fluent in Dari English and Pashto.
