Job Summary

The site Engineer is responsible for controlling site and checking of sub construction work performance and ability to work hard and have knowledge of testing materials and preparing project reports and be active all the time in the site and must be worked for US ARMY Corps of Engineering. ANA

Duties and Resposibilities

Check and study Scope of work, Technical requirements, Site plan drawings and Specifications
Be responsible for all project progress inspection at the site.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports and project deficiencies.
Record project progress on daily bases.
Monitoring of the on-going construction works; facilitate the availability of local resources
(Construction and building material and skilled labor etc.), and guide them on timely corrective measures.
Establish linkages with local authorities and private sector for technical and material support.

Qualification

Education: University degree in Building/Civil Engineering, Master degree is highly preferable.
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field (familiarity with ANA US Army corps of engineering projects and other resources in Afghanistan), experience working in similar projects of AED ANA
Computer Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office and Internet is highly preferable.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (Speaking and Writing), and national languages. and be active person in site for the company.
Able to give technical instruction to the Construction Staff.
Ensure adequate documentation system in the site office.
