Considering the present situation of Afghanistan and keeping in mind the role of education and the millennium development goals (MDGs) and in the Afghan National Development Strategy (ANDS), education is one of the most important goals of the government Islamic republic of Afghanistan (GIRA) in private and public sector.


In response to the increasingly rising demand for high quality education in Afghanistan, and the development and delivery of capacity building and enhancement courses for different entities, ALFALA Institute of Higher Education is established in 2011 as of private higher education in Afghanistan.

Job Summary

Reproting to the Dean of Engineering Faculty, the Head of Department and lecturer of Civil Engineering Faculty will be responsible for managing the engineering faculty and lecturing the required subjects.

Duties and Resposibilities

1. Preparation of slides and teaching materials prior to the semester commencement.
2. Attendance of all the lecturers of the Engineering Faculty.
3. Assisting Dean of the faculty in preparation and enhancement of curriculum for the required classes.
4. Adhered to the rules and regulations of AIHE.
5. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
