Responsible to handle all activities related to information technology.Duties and Resposibilities
• Need identification of all IT related equipments, analyzing them, prepare a list of most important and then preparing them to the IT management and all stockholders.• Identify and prepare available and related requirements for Information Technology.
• Checking information sources within all Pashtany Bank points, such as Head office,
City Branches and Provincial Branches.
• Need identification of IT employees in a cooperation with HR, preparation of study
material and delivering or conducting training for them. However introducing some of the employees for outside training with HR consultation as well.
• Internality activates work station both Software and Hardware.
• To activate all IT devices necessary for the Bank.
• Control whole system of Information Technology.
• Activate passwords for each PC at Head office, City Branches and Provincial Branches and taking care of individual privacy.
• Inform staff about changing password and other necessary changes.
• Working together with all departments to recover all IT devices.
• To develop Information Technology policy for the bank containing all IT issues such as computer to PB staff , Viruses, Sites, Privacy and to be cooperative with CBS.
• To cooperate in troubleshooting as well as in other technical affairs.
• Problem identification, maintenance and user file backup and provide technical assistance to all office staff and assist them in network access, printing and application Software.
Qualification
• Bachelor in computer science, Master is always preferred.• Five years experience in Information Technology.
• Familiar with Afghanistan rules and regulation.
• Ability to analyze things.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Supervision skill.
• Leadership skill.
• Able to communicate in Pashto, Dari, and English.
• Having IT certificates would be an advantage.
