The Job summary for this position is given in following area,Duties and Resposibilities
To maintain update filling system and transactions of one project.Help the management team about financial status of the project.
Assist financial analyses of operations according to the guidance of management.
Monthly tax payment of salaries, rents, wages, etc.
Approves and signs documents effecting monetary transactions. Directs the activities concerned with safekeeping, control, and accounting for assets and securities.
Responsible for all procurements of the project.
Preparing and processing sub contracts for project.
Cash management for the company and different project.
Monthly and quarterly expense Report.
Amount Request.
Maintaining daily accounts.
Maintaining inventory records.
Accounting of all transactions and payments.
Salary, houses rents, vehicle rents accounting and payments.
Prepare vouchers.
Developing and maintaining office filling systems.
Support the Finance department and other departments with assigned work.
Processing wire transfer, Withdrawals, Payments
Transferring funds to provincial office.
Inform the top management regarding the monthly budgets of provincial office.
Analyzing monthly and quarterly reports of provincial branches.
Reporting accurate financial reports to Afghan Gov.
Managing and updating petty cash for daily expenses.
Checking the attendance reports of provincial office.
Internal Controls: ensure that Afghan Finance policies and procedures are followed.
Provide administrative support to the NKCC staff for the timely provision of project inputs (personnel, services, logistic management, stock and supplies, etc)
Help maintain a record keeping system for project correspondence, documents, reports, etc, in accordance with established classification system; and
Perform procurement and logistics duties.
Get quotations from the market of the different things as per requirement of the Company.
Arrangement of transportation.
Documentation and clarification from the concerned Department for the material to be send if required.
Travel to the site(s) if required.
Perform any other duties as required by top management.
Qualification
At least a BA/BBA degree in accounting/finance and administration.At least 2 years of work experience in financial management and administration with International/ National Construction companies.
Working knowledge of English and good command of national languages (Pashto and Dari) required.
Self Motivated and want to learn and improve.
Good communication skills
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding and Ability to work with QuickBooks soft ware is an asset
Familiar with Afghanistan Taxations Law.
