Duties and Resposibilities

Prepare BOQs from clients SoW/Drawings, issue for construction drawings, follow up with actual qty, prepare Change orders, and prepare BOQ for bills.

Qualification

• Bsc. Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction project Management.
• Must be able to design, implement construction Projects.
• Knowledge of Engineering software is a must
• Knowledge of English language and computer Ms. Office package
• Knowledge of Quantities Cost Estimation (Optional)
• Knowledge of Project Management.
