Mainly for expatriate staff but also national staff travelling out of their project location, the Expat Support Manager facilitates the movements, including all the administrative procedures related to it, for the all Afghanistan mission, and the stay or transit of staff in Kabul. He/she also is responsible to monitor all the administrative aspect related to the expatriate staff’s mission.Duties and Resposibilities
• Supervises of the visa processes• Ensures proper management of movements
• Is responsible of administrative procedures before expatriates departure
Briefs newly arrived expatriates
Organizesand monitors the accommodation and food for the staff staying or transiting via Kabul
Implements the R&R and holidays policy for expatriate staff
Qualification
1 year of experience as a manager in logistics or administration (Required)5 years of professional experiences (Required)
High school diploma (Required)
University degree (Desirable)
Experience abroad (Required)
