1) Ensure a correct recruitment process according to MSF policy2) Research of national and regional training institutions and establish relationship with these institution
3) Admin responsible regarding recruitment, staff development and trainings

It can happen that, in special occasions, the person needs to work outside the normal timetable and even on week ends or holidays.
Duties and Resposibilities
2. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
a) Advertising (finding suitable channels etc)
b) Screening cv’s
c) Assisting with shortlisting, tests and interviews (up to level 6)
d) Responsible for all the practical around a recruitment process (contacting candidates, arrange space...)
e) Archive of all recruitment filed done to ensure the history
B. RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PRACTICAL ISSUES RE TRAININGS AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT
a) Finding suitable training institutes both national and regional, and establish contact
b) Responsible for all the practical around a training event (meeting room, stationary, transport, lunch etc)
c) Follow up applications and arrangement of visa, tickets etc for international trainings with the Expat Support Manager
d) Archive of all trainings done to ensure the history
e) Assisting the Training and Staff development Co when needed
C. ADDITIONAL TASKS

a) On request perform any other additional duties given by the immediate supervisor in order to allow the organization to function optimally

Working hours: 40 hours per week
Qualification
University diploma or certificate in Administration or HRExperience in administration and networking
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
