Job Summary

• To ensure that hygiene and infection control procedures for the hospital exist, are implemented, followed and evaluated
• To ensure that the sterilisation, laundry and cleaning departments function correctly

The person might be asked by his superiors, in special occasions, to carry out other tasks. It can happen that, in special occasions, the person needs to work outside the normal timetable and even on week ends or holidays.

Qualification

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Nurse diploma
Work experience as Infection Control Officer is an advantage
