Job Summary

Duties and Resposibilities

Presence of site Engineer while surveying the area by main Engineer.
Describing the CDC development proposals after approval
Preparing weekly plans for monitoring according to the number of active projects
Co operation with community workers in preparing contracts by CDCs.
Making exact estimation according to engineering map given by architect.
Preparing community project request form with describing the exact expenses according to NSP regulations and submitting them to relevant reference.
Describing deferent technical aspects of the proposal (project implementation according to prepared scheme, quality of used construction materials in the project )
Giving technical instructions in completing projects and CDCs.Reporting responsibilities:
Preparing weekly reports at exact time and presenting it to Admin officer
Providing work reports before completion of the ongoing installment on order to ask for next installment financial process.

Qualification

Leader ship skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hold a degree in civil engineering (BSC).
Good written and verbal Communication skills (Pashto, Dari and English)
At least 2 years practical experience in field
Afghan National Having project officers considerations on implementing the anticipated work plan
