Job Summary

A foreign qualified health professional with masters in Hospital/Health Management . and as well as qualified candidates is required to follow the given rules and responsibilities.

Duties and Resposibilities

Commissioning and setting up all the operational departments in the hospital

Manage transportation, housing and complete facilities management including biomedical equipments.

Ensuring and manage appropriate procurement of all capital equipment and consumable materials, including annual maintenance contracts and spare parts availability.
Sourcing & rate negotiation of material locally & worldwide with proper terms, delivery time and quality.
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and achieving the budget.

A successful professional in branding and marketing the hospital and its facilities.

Develop processes and policies that optimize material flow, inventory management, and asset utilization.

Responsible for Logistics and Strategic Planning Operations Management Organic Business Growth Performance & Quality Standards Staff Recruiting and Development Contracts Management, Customer Satisfaction & Budget Planning Change Management ,Leadership Development and Strategic Partnerships.

Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, goals and objectives in order to provide vision and direction and achieve strategic outcomes.

Responsible for operating and capital budgets, including forecast plans/budgets in order to assure the financial viability of the hospital, the smooth operation of departments and the delivery of cost-effective quality patient care.

Qualification

A foreign qualified health professional with masters in Hospital/Health Management (MBBS will be an edge)
07 to10 years of experience encompassing commissioning & setting up all operational departments in the hospital, administration, operational management and logistics.
Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue and profit growth.
Extensive hospital management background in international and multi-cultural settings.
