Auto Link Atal Afghan Construction Company is searching for a Senior Finance Officer to Manage all the activities explaining as following:Duties and Resposibilities
1. Prepare & analysis of general ledger accounts;2. Maintain proper control over various financial records such as commitments and expenditures against budgeted amounts; initiate actions related to the following: general financial information, and travel payments, and procurement transactions;
3. Monitor vendor advances and other receivables and ensure timely clearance of vendor outstanding items, taking corrective follow up actions where required;
4. Prepare necessary receipt and journal vouchers;
5. Draft routine correspondence related to the finance work and type a variety of material such as correspondence, reports and papers;
6. Provide assistance to all staff services such as travel, expense claims, document retrieval, etc
7. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
8. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
9. Checking of vouchers as per finance requirements.
10. Preparing monthly financial report and dealing with contractors.
11. Elaboration of the internal expenditure control system which insures the voucher process is matched and complete transaction correctly recorded and posted in Quick Book.
12. Determine all expenditure account payable and fixed asset management.
13. Giving report to Finance Manager and assist with cashier.
14. Dealing with customer and have capability to insure and satisfy the customer with good behavior.
15. Coordinate with departments related to Finance work.
16. Be punctual & honest in his duty give respect to the company.
17. Have capability of handling daily work on time and be creative in solving the mater in his duty.
18. Having strong knowledge of MS Excell for preparation of Financial Report
19. Other duties as assigned by C.E.O and high athority officers.
Qualification
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a senior management level position, with extensive administrative experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge and experience of QuickBook® & MS Excell Software use and set up
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari
