Duties and Responsibilities

To contact prospective customers through letters, personal call and leads.
To entertain walk in customers.
To entertain customer calls and try to mature sale call leads to new sales (account / signup).
To maintain/acquire full knowledge of all products and services offered by Nayatel.
To work closely with existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
To establish new customers focusing primarily on organizations, large and emerging SME’s, as well as government departments and agencies.
To make all effort to increase sales to existing customer base.
To ensure all strategic and target customers are aware of company`s products and services.
To enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities
To maintain and strengthening long-term relationships with the corporate clients.
To monitor the market trends and competitors in the DSL/Fiber sector.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth installation of Fiber services and recovery of initial invoice.
