Duties and Responsibilities

A. General Responsibilities:
1. Accountant
2. Operating, Administrative Management
3. HR Management
4. Stock Management
5. Security Management
1. Accountant
1. Accounting with Tally ERP9
2. Recording of daily transition
3. Preparing Financial Statements (Twice a Year)
4. Documentation of Admin and Sale Data
5. Recording Cash Flow (In-Out)
6. Quotation whenever required ( for huge Purchase)
2. Operating, Administrative Management
7. Planning – Controlling of Implementation plan of Administrative Staff
8. Follow Up Company Documentation (Renewal Company License Yearly, and any other Documents.)
9. Making and planning for office Procurement.
3. HR Management
1. Attendance Controlling
2. Extension of Staff Contracts
3. Completing Staff HR document.
4. Clearance with terminated Staff

4. Credit Collection Management
1. Checking outstanding Credit (monthly)
2. Review, Finalize, Decision making for All Outstanding Credit & Sorting to Receivable/Bad Debts Yearly .
6. Stock Management
1. Counting Receiving Incoming Goods.
2. Managing & Controlling of Delivery System.
3. Planning Stock Arrangement with stock keeper
4. Planning for Physical Count Monthly (By Stock Keeper Each Category)
5. Inventory of Stock End of each Year by Physical Count
6. Calculation of Inventory Different & Cost (Report)

Skills

Familiar with Tally ERP9 Software
Office Package
Team Motivate knowledge

Qualifications

Bachlore Degree in Accounting /Finance
Experience: at least 1 years of experience working with Tally ERP9 Accountant software
IT Skills: Very good knowledge of the MS Office applications & networking
Fluency in Dari/English
Good communication skills both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team
Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision
Extent of experience in the field of office management and required knowledge of finance
