Duties and Responsibilities
1- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
2- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
3- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
4- Display and market real property to possible buyers
5- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
6- Manage property auctions or exchanges
7- Maintain and update listings of available properties
8- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
9- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.
10- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
11- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
12- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
13- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
a- Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
14- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Advise real estate clients.
• Creative graduates who are commercially aware and capable of working well within a team environment.
• Sound conceptual skills.
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage Sales affairs.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate and convince the customers.
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales person
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
