Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries - ACCI is a strong and united business membership organization representing the entire private sector of Afghanistan. It is the ser-vice-oriented, independent, and modern Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Afghani-stan. ACCI is a legal independent personality, and the non-governmental, non-political, and non-profitable organization of self-administration of the Afghanistan business community. It protects the rights of the private sector, it coordinates, leads, and supports business activities, and it makes efforts for developing the economy on national and international levels. ACCI strives to provide the best possible services to its members and to the entire private sector of Afghanistan.

Job Summary

Studying, assessing and following up the business related laws, regulations and procedures development processes in accordance with the market economy principles and the interest of the private sector and promoting ACCI legal and contract building services among the business community and raise their awareness on the importance of legal advices provided by ACCI under the direct supervision of Government relation and Legal Services Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

.Coordinating, organizing and arranging related affairs of the committees
.Setting offices and office system for committees.
.Ensuring and providing inter – organization relation between the committees and respective governmental institutions.
.Providing different levels of participation of committees’ members regarding different economic issues, Amendment of laws, Regulations and Economic drafts.
.Introducing committees’ member’s in meetings, committees and different commissions of every Economic Sector.
.In cooperation with other manager of the Chamber shares and participates committees’ member’s in the meetings and exhibitions and ……
.Provides assistance with depending office staff on of writing letters, suggestions and department based reporting & doing other tasks under supervision of Director.

1. Fluent in Pashto-Dari and English.
2. High creativity in administration skills.
3. Strong ability and motivation.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Charismatic personality.
6. Be skilled in computer equipment.
7. Adequate knowledge of management is essential.

Qualifications

• Be an executive member of the Association’s management staff and a very close collabora-tor to the secretary General of the Association.
