Integration Management Consulting Services is expert of design, Management and construction of any extensive and intensive construction related projects.
We have been playing our best role in the reconstruction of Afghanistan since long time, at the beginning in the frame of NGOs and later on in the frame of Engineering & Consulting companies after the government new policy development.

The Integration members are qualified, skillful, experienced, well-equipped, and dedicated registered Afghan Consulting and Engineering Firms in the field of construction projects, design, management, and implementation as well as engineering consultancy.
The Integration Company implemented many similar construction projects with PRT, Government, and other funding agencies.
a) Co-ordinate the general day-to-day activities of the Consultant’s team;
b) Chief liaison with client regarding activities to be undertaken under the assignment ;
c) Spearhead the rolling out of training systems - both for short term and long term courses;
d) Lead development of strategic plan, budget plan, Work plan, and operational plan etc.;
e) Be responsible for all reports (monthly, quarterly etc.)produced by the consultant for the client ;
f) Establish systems for the management of staff, books, materials, assets etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
a) Master Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or in related fields
b) At least ten years of experiences directly relevant to public procurement;
c) Familiarity with World Bank or other donor procurement procedure.
d) Experience of having led a team of procurement professionals
