About Afghan Bureau Collaboration Office (ABCO)

Afghan Bureau Collaboration Office (ABCO) is an Afghan National NGO. For the purpose of this announcement, we need a highly qualified Civil Engineer or Architect to work in one of our program which is going to be started in August of this year.

Job Summary

ABCO is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Architect or Civil Enginer for immediate employment. Job requirement needs minimum a Masters Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities

discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project
consult with other professionals about design;
assess the needs of the a structure and its users and advise the client on the practicality of the project;
prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals
assess the impact on the local environment;
Shall using computer-aided design software;
produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
specify the nature and quality of materials required;
prepare tender applications and presentations;
draw up tender documents for contracts;

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have a Masters Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer (Having a Masters Degree is a must. Candidates without a masters degree will not be evaluated)
2. Must have minimum 4 years of relevant experience
3. Must have knowledge of working with computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD 2D 3D, Revit Architecture or other similar software.
