Admin Officer is mainly responsible for keeping record of correspondence, and managing Directorate’s daily routine and staff who are involved with day to day tasks of Directorate.

Duties and Responsibilities
1- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
2- Preparing and constantly updating work plan for junior staff
3- Responsible for daily attendance of directorate’s employee
4- Update office policies as needed
5- Maintain Directorate’s calendar and schedule appointments
6- Book meeting rooms as required
7- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
8- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
9- Arrange travel and accommodations
10- Schedule in-house and external events
11- Writing and editing of different letters, proposals, and Replies
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to prepare various operational plan of the organization or project.
- Having specific skills in the related field.
- effective verbal and listening communications skills
- effective written communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Computer Skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
• Prospective Admin Officer should have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration and ant other related fields.
• At least 4 years of working experiences in the related field.
• Past work experience with the donors or donor funded projects in the context of Government Line Ministries.
