The event manager is in charge of overseeing corporate client program success for programs to ensure satisfaction, smooth event execution, and communication among Public relation departments as the event’s primary project manager and the client’s primary point of contact. This position will require management of the event from concept to completion, team members of varying levels of experience and skill, vendor partnerships, client budgets, and timelines. The event manager will need to support all development projects in assessing the building strong relationships. He or she will support program proposals, assembling project status reports, and will need to occasionally present our services to clients as a consultative face of the organization. Some team member management and training of both volunteers, internal and external resources will be required.
The event manager will be expected to consult with partner and with clients and internal team members to conceptualize, develop and market events, taking into consideration goals, themes, audiences, and client culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
1- To work closely with Communications Department developing events which appeal to our target audience
2- To support the PR and Media Relations Officer in delivering media events, e.g. campaign launches and exhibit openings
3- To work closely with the media team in developing engaging events that delight our visitors whilst supporting our learning objectives
4- To work with the Design Manager in ensuring that event advertising creative is carried across both our in park, online and out of park communications.
5- Program planning, execution, task management, vendor relations, administrative, upkeep and event updates, communications liaison and scheduling
6- Budget management – plan to the budget / notify director of status
7- Coordinate function orders and logistics
8- Developing program proposals and program design
9- Developing and managing program budgets (zero-based and historical), reconciliation, and event income and expenses
10- Ascertaining department needs and services required
11- Setting and developing timelines, project management task lists, and divisions of duties
12- Managing logistics, operations, schedules, and production coordination
13- Manage site selection, RFP creation and management, site inspections, and analytical recaps
14- Oversee overall project execution, performance, and profitability
4- Problem-solving and management through stressful situations

6- Registration and communications best practices (experience with event registration platforms, including event)
7- Facilities management, audio-visual, room layouts and design

1- At least Bachelor degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and any other related fields. And Master is highly preferred in these fields.
2- Minimum 5-7 years professional event management experience
3- Strong background in program management and execution
