Job Summary

The provincial trainer is responsible for carrying out the CCAP training and consulting to CCAP/SOs and CDCs/CCDCs/Sub committees and explains methods and techniques of training on CCAP Operational Manual accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts trainings workshops as directed by the HQ/master trainer to SOs/CLDDs.
• Consults Social Organizers (SO) to up-grade capacity building of CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees.
• Plans and conducts training for SOs on CCAP operational manual.
• Ensure all eligible listed training carry out to CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees by SOs.
• Ensure all trainings materials received by SOs.
• Monitor CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees and ensure all CCAP scheduled training conducted by SOs.
• Identify together with SOs to find training needs.
• Conduct refresher training based on CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees requirements.
• Upgrade CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees awareness through on SOs conducting timely training.
• Awareness to SOs how to empower CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees for good governance.
• Ensure that SOs understand how to use the CCAP operational manual in field practical.
• Preparing and sending monthly/Quarterly training report to provincial manager.
• Ensure that the SOs are conducting training for CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees.
• Regular monitoring and evaluation the CDCs/CCDCs/Subcommittees after conducting the training by SOs and ensure to upgrade their capacity building.
• Perform as SO while needed.
• Any other official task assigned by provincial manger or program management in HQ.

Qualifications

Duty station: East Regional Office / Nuristan Provincial Office

Salary:
NTA grade DS1 L (38000) including food allowance & Government Tax

Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Political Science, Islamic Shariah.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in related field
Other qualifications’ an advantage: Computer knowledge.

Languages: Pashto / Dari and English is preferable.
