Our sales and engineering teams are highly experienced in understanding customer needs and identifying the most cost effective and reliable solutions that meet our customer's requirements. The EC installation and network operations team have the experience and local knowledge needed to rapidly provision services to new customers and continuously monitor all services for highest standards.

Job Summary

Provide online assistance over phone, chat and e-mail to ISP customers to troubleshoot Vsat, Wimax, wireless connection and LAN issues). Deliver up to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Skills

Computer Hardware and Networking knowledge LAN and WAN
• Good understanding of IP, Routing and switching is required
• Should be comfortable in e-mail communication with customers.
• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shifts.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible person with the ability to manage the client in stressful situations
• Demonstrates capacity for taking ownership of issues and working them through to resolution.
• Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
• Identifies needs of both internal and external customers and meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Strong MS office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Marketing is preferred
Previous work experience in Telecom/ISP/ICT Industry is preferred
Proficiency in MS-Office Suite like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office emails
