About Ama-E-Shamal Institute of spoken English

This is a Language Training Centre exclusively for Spoken & Migrant purpose. Our classes are small-sized group class with a curriculum customized for non-native speakers of English and aim at the balanced improvement of students' English proficiency in the four macro skills - namely, reading, listening, speaking and writing. We are confident that our rigorous academic program will equip students with proficiency in English that will give them an edge in which ever field career they choose to pursue upon course completion. This is a place where teachers and students find a teaching & learning process enjoyable with a family-like atmosphere.

Job Summary

we are looking for a reliable admin officer. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Managing agendas
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Office management ability
• Age of applicants must be between 25-35 years

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor of English or Economics
