Habib Gulzar group is a well renowned business family of Afghanistan and doing business since 1940. 1940 – Established the first distribution business “Gulzar Trading Company”.
1960 – Put-up a textile mill (first manufacturing business) “Nasaji Nangarhar Limited” in Jalalabad City.
1976 – Restructured the business and expanded the distribution network to whole of Afghanistan & neighboring countries with the name of “Habib Gulzar Limited”.
1995 – Established “Habib Gulzar International LLC” in UAE for overseas operations.
Apart from multimillion US$ investment in state of the art Coca-Cola Bottling Plant and real estate, the Habib Gulzar group is national distributors of different multinational companies including Toyota, Phillip Morris, Japan Tobacco, Continental Biscuits Limited.
This position is the most important position in sales department, directly involve in selling, market development and public relation. Sales supervisor play a role of bridge between company and market, company and distributor and distributor and market. The position holder should make sure the proper arrangement of the local warehouse and also to increase selling to the market and finding new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation with the special reference to his assigned area.
Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of his assigned territory.
Work with and support the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
Work with and support the per-sellers of his area in demand generation and execution.
Guide, control and motivate the per-sellers, drivers and helpers of his area in day to day affairs for an effective execution.
Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget.
Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base of key accounts through sales coordinator.
Visit on daily basis to his assigned area and ensure proper supply of product to the market.
Prepare on daily basis market visit report and submitted to Sales Manager.
Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material of his area and coordinate with Sale Manager for the supply of the same to the market.
Monitor and control the per-sellers and other team members of his area for proper execution.
Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
- Knowledge of computer.
- Strong management skill in staffing control and sales & marketing.
- Reporting skill,
- To manage local financial resources.
• Diploma in Marketing Or Business Administration or Economic fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing and sales.
• Working experience with any private and production companies is an advantage.
• Full familiarity with related province market and area.
