About Afghanistan SUPPORT-II Project

SUPPORT directly assists USAID/Afghanistan’s Program and Projects Development Office (PPDO) with information management services and provides the PPDO and USAID/Afghanistan with a number of key services, including information management and reporting products and performance monitoring plans and related activities. SUPPORT is seeking well qualified Afghan candidates for a newly established field monitoring unit which will provide periodic reviews of specific activities on behalf of USAID/Afghanistan.

Job Summary

SUPPORT-II is tasked with the final performance evaluation of USAID’s ACAP III project. The objective of ACAP III is to mitigate the short-term and long-term impact of conflict on civilians, including victims of mines and ERW, by providing targeted, immediate assistance, strengthening existing services, and building the capacity of the Afghan government line ministries to meet the needs of civilian victims of conflict in Afghanistan. The purpose of this evaluation is to study and document the successes and weaknesses of ACAP III implementation, and to examine the extent to which the program achieved its objectives.
As per the statement of work for the assignment, SUPPORT II is hiring ten surveyors to assist in data collection around the country.
