Duties and Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Follow-up on the internal and external trainings (application forms, organisational support, attendance lists, follow-up after the training, evaluations, centralisation of training materials)
- Assess local training institutions and establish relationship with these institutions
- Support the organisation and implementation of the Sanou Training, facilitate and deliver the management workshops for supervisors, deliver the induction for new staff, and any other relevant trainings/workshop
- Coach and support supervisors with the implementation of all L&D tools and policies
- Ensure follow-up on the implementation of L&D tools and policies (where relevant) and acts as a helpdesk in case of questions or support needed
- Responsible for the on-going updating the training library and L&D online tool (Dashboard )
- Acts as a sounding board for national staff, address their concerns and provide advice to L&D department
- Ensure the coverage of the human resources needs and maintain high standards of quality, organise and coordinate the activities of team supervised (week’s schedule, annual leave, absences, etc.), communicate with the HR Admin department all relevant information in due time, evaluate performance, define and ensure the needs for training
- Perform hands on tasks as part of the team whenever required or needed in order to optimize the resources and to contribute with his/her knowledge and experience
- Participate in monthly reports according to guidelines

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
- Essential: 12th Class, University degree in Administration / Communication desirable
- Pashtu, Dari and English language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- MSF experience or other experience in a similar position desirable

WORKING HOURS AND SALARY
FULL TIME / 40 HOURS PER WEEK, SATURDAY TO WEDNESDAY
SALARY: 32,850 AFN / month (non-negotiable)
