Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced person with a minimum of five years experience in Marketing,Sales and Distribution area.
Marketing,Sales and Distribution manager are required to develop marketing plans to meet the given targets in terms of sales and product awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Lead in the preparation of proposals and overall sales, distribution development & marketing strategies, its presentation and implementation Overall and Zone wise.
 Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Identify potential customers and its requirements.
 Research and build relationships with new clients and customers.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients and customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships with Customers and Wholesale dealers.

Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client and customers debriefs.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system.
 Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and new customer acquisition.
 Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
 Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the business), to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimized.
 Develop new methods, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s prospects.

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like pre-qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
 Meet the sales targets set within the given deadline.
 Create and implement regular reporting mechanisms to demonstrate progress toward goals, revise strategies to achieve year-end goals.
 Other job-related tasks as assigned by the Management.


 Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products

 Reaching the targets and goals set for company targeted areas

 Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer and wholesale dealers base

 Servicing the needs of existing customers

 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

 Setting sales targets for individual representatives and team as a whole

 Recruiting and training sales staff

 Allocating areas to sales representatives

 Developing sales strategies and setting targets Central and Provincial wise

 Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

 Compiling and analyzing sales figures

 Collecting customer feedback and market research and analysis reports presenting to management

 Keeping up to date with products and competitors

 strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse (Central and Provincial wise), transportation and customer services

 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

 Liaise and negotiate with wholesale dealers ,suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

 Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

 Resolve any arising problems or complaints

 Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce (Central and Provincial wise)

 Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets and supply

 Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

 Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Travels to Provinces

Require Travels to Provinces


• Strong sales, Marketing and distribution skills.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English Languages.


• Minimum five years of work experience in Marketing,Sales and Distribution
• Bachelor’s degree in sales/Marketing.
