Job Summary

Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming email from branches and assist the FMFB branches for customer inquiry. Ensuring good control and ongoing management of branch report (loan data going to be uploaded in accurate and with no duplications on the PCR system and Consolidating the data, and provide correct information with evidence to the PCR dept and collaborate with branches in due manner).

Duties and Responsibilities

Uploads loan data to the PCR system on monthly basis in the prescribed format of PCR before the deadline communicated by the DAB/PCR departments.
Ensures and verifies with the Checker user that the loan data going to be uploaded in accurate and with no duplications on the PCR system.
Communicates and coordinates with the MIS officers for correction with the evidence of documents.
Communicates and provides the correct information with evidence to the PCR department for any corrections on contract code\s and in each snapshot.
Ensures correctly to sort out the cases for different issues for updating.
Follows up with MF department, MIS officers and the PCR department for duplicate cases to be fixed or disabled on the PCR system.
Maintains the confidentiality of the data in all aspect.
Performs other identical tasks assigned by the respective supervisors
Sends the list of analysed loan data with specific comments on errors and issues to respective branches and departments


 Good knowledge (or willingness to learn) of the financial analyses principles and indexes.
 Good knowledge of the bank’s policies, and a critical approach to improve them.
 Good team managing and leading skill.
 Good planning skills.
 Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
 Good computer skills, especially Excel.
 Advance English in both spoken and written


The position requires academic background in economic, business administration or related filed with at least 3 years of experience in the same or a similar field, preference will be given to those with relevant experience.
