Analyzing the Ministries and governmental entities documents in accordance with the laws, policies and the country requirements.
Providing all documentation and holding meetings for the Council of Ministers' meetings and sub committees and working groups' meetings.
To ensure that robust monitoring and devaluation system and processes are present to track the implementation of the AFSeN- Agenda.

Duties and Responsibilities
Establish effective monitoring and evaluation system for AFSeN-Agenda
Support assessments, surveys and evaluations when deemed necessary
Liaise with ASFeN-A Stakeholders to monitor the AFSeN-A progress
Develop and manage database and dashboards to record, analyze and report AFSeN related data.
Ensure that internal system for following up meeting decisions exist
Following on decisions requiring attention of the Council of Ministers Secretariat
Regularly update the contact list and other related profiles and analyze the attendance of meetings
Support conducting Food Security and Nutrition Executive Committee meetings, high-level Food Security and Nutrition Committee meetings and other AFSeN Working Group meetings;
Develop his/her technical and managerial capacity and support Technical Secretariat in learning and developing its capacities.
Any other tasks and duties assigned by the line manager
The post holder should have at least University degree (master degree is preferred) in related disciplines and have at least 5 years’ experience in managing and programing development interventions. He or She must demonstrate capability to produce quality M&E tools and product and have knowledge of nutrition and food security policies and programing. He or she should be able to work with wide range of stakeholders and have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the National languages(Dari/Pashto).
