About Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society.
The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care.
MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. طرح وترتیب پلان کاری عملیاتی مدیریت در مطابقت با پلان ریاست جهت بدست آوردن اهداف استراتیژیک اداره.
2. طرح و ترتیب هدایت نامه های مقام اداره به مراجع مربوط.
3. حصول اطمینان از فهرست درست اسناد واصله از ریاست های مربوطه به ارشیف جهت حفظ و نگهداری .
4. نظارت و کنترول از وصول بموقع گزارشات از صورت اجراات ریاست ها و ارایه آن بعد از ملاحظه و تائید مقام اداره به مقامات دولتی بمنظور اجراات موثر اداره.
5. تهیه وترتیب پیشنهادات ،اسناد و ارائه مکاتیب خاص واخذ هدایت مقام اداره از امور اجرائیوی آن.
6. حصول اطمینان در مورد تنظیم فعالیت های مربوطه و کنترول اسناد وارده و صادره ثبت شده و درج آن در دفتر پیشنهادات .
7. ترتیب گزارشات ماهوار، ربعوار، سالانه و عندالضرورت برای مقام ریاست بمنظور مطلع ساختن از پیشرفت فعالیتها و دست آوردهای بخش های مربوطه.
8. حصول اطمینان از مدیریت سالم، استخدام، تشویق، ترغیب، آموزش وانکشاف کارکنان، جهت اجرای بهتر امور مطابق معیارهای تعیین شده؛
9. اجرای سایر وظایف که توسط مقامات ذیصلاح مطابق به قوانین، مقرره ها و اهداف ریاست مربوطه.

• تسلط به زبان‌های رسمی کشور(پشتو دری) وآشنایی(تحریر و تکلم) با زبان انگلیسی
• مهارت‌های کمپیوتری در برنامه‌های مرتبط به وظیفه.

Qualifications

• حداقل داشتن سند تحصیلی ما فوق بکلوریا ، و به درجه تحصیلی بالاتر دررشته های فوق ارجحیت داده میشود.
• حداقل دو سال تجربۀ کاری مرتبط به وظیفه.
• تسلط به زبان‌های رسمی کشور(پشتو دری) وآشنایی(تحریر و تکلم) با زبان انگلیسی
• مهارت‌های کمپیوتری در برنامه‌های مرتبط به وظیفه.
