The purpose of this new born company is to provide VISA Service to their customer in Afghanistan

Job Summary

PURPOSE:
The Admin/Finance officer is responsible for the Data Entry, financial, clerical and administrative tasks in their VISA Service Center. S/he will handle petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate records of payments and replenishments. S/he will provide and collect the whole information about the applicant and Arrange collected information in the specific files, Making Proper record regarding VISA applicant

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle whole administration duties
Monitor office equipment and supplies
Collect complete Information about applicant
Handles routine administrative tasks include Calls, Emails and electrical communication
Financial Accounting
• Ensure that proper financial procedures and systems are operated and maintained
• Review of all support documents (receipts, invoices, and contracts) for payments
• Following the correct procedures, give petty cash to authorized staff.
• Up-date the cash books daily, entering in the correct budget and account codes
• Perform a weekly cash count to be signed by the authorized manager
• Ensure proper filing of Application and financial documentation.

Skills

Excellent Management Skill
Computer Programs (Ms.Office & Quick Book)
Excellent Comminucation Behavior
Fluent in English,Pashto and Dari

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field (Administration, Management and Business)
• Excellent management and communications skills
• Ability to work independently to a high professional standard
• Adaptable and practical
• Diplomatic, Patient, and Respectful
• Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English, Dari & Pashto
• Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office
• Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures
• Experience of a flexible approach to managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues
