WFP food assistance aims to help the most vulnerable, food insecure Afghans, including women and children, as well as families affected by conflict and natural disasters.
To support site maintenance services in providing cleaning, laundry, basic garden maintenance, porter duties and other related manual work, to ensure WFP premises are well-organized, kept in a clean and hygienic condition and are in compliance with the established standards.
To perform routine site maintenance tasks to support safe, comfortable and reliable working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Perform basic manintenance of outdor/indor environments, to keep them clean, well organised and in a good condition
•Provide support in loading/offloading and moving office equipments, furniture, baggage and ohter items for efficient site maintenance services.
•Support preparation and delivery of food and beverages, arrange for basic refurbishment and maintenance of kitchen are and equirpment to faciliate efficient service.
•Provide efficient cleaning services including kithens and toilets to ensure clean, hygienic and well-organized working environment.
•Escorting UNHAS visitiors to/from UNAMA terminal to UNHAS compound.
•Assist with collection of delivery from suppliers.
•Maintain and clean all cleaning equipments utilized in the office.
•Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
•Knowledge of basic equipment and use of cleaning materials/solutions.
•Ability to operate and maitain equipment and supplies related to work in a good working condition.
•High sense of responsibility and initiative.

•Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Ability to work in all weather conditions and meet deadlines.
Education: Completion of secondary school education.
Experience: Two or more years of relevant working experience
Language: Fluency (level C) in English language. Fluency in Pashto or Dari, preferably both.
