د افغانستان برشنا شرکت یک شرکت خود کفا و مستقل است که طبق قانون شرکت های سهامی و محدود المسولیت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان ایجاد گردیده است. د افغانستان برشنا شرکت با تمام اسهام سرمایه خود یک شرکت محدود المسئولیت بوده که به دولت افغانستان تعلق دارد. شرکت مذکور به تاریخ 15 ثور 1387 مطابق 4 می 2008 به د افغانستان برشنا شرکت تغییر شخصیت نمود و بحیث یک شرکت ملی برق جایگزین د افغانستان برشنا موسسه گردید. د افغانستان برشنا شرکت تولید، تورید، انتقال و توزیع برق را بگونه تجارتی در سراسر افغانستان تنظیم و اداره می نماید.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare and Organizing of Development Budget for Development Projects.
2. Preparing of Financial Plan for All ADB Funded projects to MOF and ADB.
3. Preparing and maintaining of Cash Receipt and payment statement
4. Preparing allotment (B27), Payment order (m16), and Withdrawal application.
5. Preparing of replenishment, reimbursement, Direct and CL Payments of ADB Funded Projects.
6. Preparing of expenditure report to ministry of Economy, Finance, Presidential Palace, Parliament.
7. Supervising and managing related functional Units.
8. Record of payments in AFMIS (Afghanistan Financial Management Information System).
9. Prepare and reallocation of funds from one project to another project.
10. Calculation of interest on Loan based on Ledgers and LFIS System.
11. Manage Organization resources as per the Contract.
12. Taking the required decisions, planning and finding the solution for various problems and challenges.
13. Coordinating activities with the related departments, data collection and preparation of project documents.
14. Communication with interested persons both internally and externally.

Having at master or its equivalent degree with 5 years working experience or having Bachelor’s degree with 7 Years relevant experience.
