About INL/CSSP

PAE is responsible for the INL/Corrections System Support Program (INL/CSSP) that is funded by the US Department of State and is a non-for-profit organization. INL/CSSP is helping Afghanistan improve its Corrections system by providing technical assistance, advice and training to Afghanistan Corrections system professionals.

Job Summary

Update and maintain accurate MAN DAY REPORT on daily basis and provide weekly and monthly report to
authorize persons.
Responsible for overall management of 3-part medicals. Remind employees and acts as a middle provider
between employees and examiners. Provide the results to WDC after receiving from examiners
Assist to prepare and revise SOP for MAN DAY REPORT, Travel, Visa and WP
Responsible for overall management of employees annual Goals and Objectives
Responsible for overall management of employee’s performance and evaluation
Provide Ethics Training for new hires, get them to sign the certificate, archive the certificates and track the status
Provide brief assistant to finance Department with payroll concern/issues
Maintain personnel files for new hires
Track outgoing and incoming files/documents
Responsible for organizing and maintaining the office Archive
Responsible for providing support in keeping track of staff leave and update on regular basis according to
personal policies and standards
Standard office filling, labeling, file incoming/outgoing message and documents in chronological order and put
them in related cabinets, and other related activities
Arrange all reports in standard folder structure
Build the LN and TCN files database to easily track them
Build and Maintain VISA and WP Trackers in order to manage the status and expiration
Prepare and submit Purchase Request for WPs, VISAs and other things fees
Get and Prepare VISAs and WPs Registration Card for ANs and TCNs, run through different ministries and keep
update the tracker with WP/s and visa/s status
Responsible for renewal of company’s business license prior to the expiration, and any other related issue
Reconciliation of employees, Rental, BRT and annual taxes issues with the Customs and Revenue Department
Any other tasks related to the government affairs and assigned by Supervisor

Skills

At least 2+ years prior experience supporting HR Daily Operations and Liaising with Afghan Gov’t
Should be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment, with changing priorities
A great team attitude is required and ability to work well with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word required
Some knowledge of PowerPoint is helpful
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications

Associate Degree is highly preferred or relevant experience in lieu of education.
