Job Summary

• Professional Proposal Writing, and should have core knowledge of proofreading.
Must have relevant experience and degree with highest English professional,
• Prepares proposals by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; obtaining approvals
• The proposal writer works in many different industries to create clear, succinct documents that suggest a course of action or idea.
• The proposal writer is expected to write well-- grammar, spelling and context all count. His key asset would be the ability to write under tight deadlines, be organized and prepared, and have the ability to say much with a few words

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare Management and Technical Proposals according to the requirements of the RFPs, RFQs and RFI
• Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings
• Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.
• Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and companies credentials
• Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach,
Coordination, and boilerplate; implementing changes
• Analyze and prepare logical plans for all aspects of project including but not limited to:
• PMP – Project Management Plans.
• PQMP – Project Quality Management Plan
• PSMP – Project Safety Management Plan
• PIM – Project Implementation Methodology
• Must be proficient in all related software for proposal usage
• Assists in the research, writing, editing and publication of proposal sections, past performance project descriptions, work plans and related proposal documents.
• Will be responsible for researching, writing, coordinating editing proposal efforts
• Special preference to those having done technical writing for construction, Water Supply, Septic, and engineering scopes of work
• Must have the ability to review estimates and ensure the technical approach aligns with the project estimate & project scheduling activities

Travels to Provinces

• Must have outstanding knowledge of Proposal Writing.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in writing technical engineering and business proposal with a high standard,
• Must have knowledge of construction management and construction project analysis.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development;
• Experience in fundraising;
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
• Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Graphic Design Skills, Technical Documentation, Layout Skills, Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented, Process Improvement, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Market Knowledge
• Excellent research skills;
• Outstanding organizational abilities;
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of BP;
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems;
• Strong English Writing Skills.


• Must have Master Degree in Engineering or Higher,
