We are looking for an experience operation manager /Director of operation to oversee our organizations ongoing operations and procedures He or She will be the company second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.
The OM/DO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the BoD . He or She will have to maintain control of diverse business operation, so we expect him or her to be an experienced and efficient manager, The goal of the OM/OD position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies , plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goal for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Writes and submit reports to the board members and all matter of importance
Manage relationships with partner/vendors
Forecast requirements prepare an annual budget scheduled expenditures
Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures
Communicate all operating policies and/ or issue at Board Meetings
Contribute Operation information and recommendation to strategic planning .
Proven experience as OM/DO or relevant role
Understanding of Business functions such as HR,Finance, marketing
Demonstrable competency in strategic planing and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance /Operation metrics
Working knowledge of ICT /Business infrastructure ,Energy in MS Office
Outstanding Organizational and leadership ability
Excellent inter personnel and public speaking skill
Aptitude and decision making -and problem solving
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field ,MSc/MBA is a plus
Proposal writing and document writing is a must
Experience in fund raising will be a plus

Bachelors Degree, Business Administration
