About Mutahid Development Finance Institution

Mutahid (meaning United in local language) Development Finance Institution (MUTAHID) was established on April 1, 2011 and initially three MFIs namely Microfinance Agency for Development and Rehabilitation of Afghan Communities (MADRAC), Parwaz Microfinance Institution (PARWAZ) and Mofad Microfinance Company (MOFAD) were consolidated. Later on, three additional MFIs namely Women for Women International Microfinance Afghanistan (WWI), Ariana Financial Services (AFS) and ChildFund Afghanistan Microfinance Limited (CFA MF) consolidated into MUTAHID.

The creation of MUTAHID was an opportunity to combine the best components of these consolidating institutions and to preserve the significant investments made over the last few years, to create one larger, stronger and sustainable, best practice MFI based on the core principles of ethics, ideas and hard work while incorporating the lessons learned from the past.

Microfinance Investment Support Facility for Afghanistan (MISFA) is supporting MUTAHID directly by providing direction, capacity building and financial resources and while a division of MISFA is run as a separate autonomous operating entity. The management of MUTAHID is ensuring the orderly and judicial transfer of good clients, quality staff and assets of the consolidating institutions.

Job Summary

The LO is responsible for persuading, motivating, bringing and disbursing finance to the best clients aligned with Mutahid policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Plan, Survey & Follow-up:
1. پلانگذاری، بازدید و تعقیب کردن:

• Survey clients for loan disbursement, explaining policies and procedures to the clients.
بازدید از مشتریان جهت توزیع قرضه، توضیح دادن در مورد قواعد و قوانین برای مشتریان.

• Complete group Formation as per Target.
تشکیل دادن گروپ مطابق هدف تعین شده.

• Refer clients to Customer Services Officer to get Comprehensive Financial Service Form (CFSF) filled for each client.
راجع ساختن مشتریان به کارمند خدمات مشتریان جهت خانه پری فورم خدمات مالی برای هر یک از مشتریان.

• Perform physical verification of client’s residence, business location, guarantors.
بازدید از منزل، محل تجارت و ضامن مشتری.

• Visit the client with FSM, Area manager, internal audit (if applicable) in order to get the client approved for loan disbursement.
بازدید از مشتری به همراهی مدیر خدمات مالی، آمر دفتر ساحوی، مفتش داخلی (اگر ممکن باشد) به منظور تصویب مشتری برای توزیع قرضه.

• Appraise and forward the CFSF / documents to the FSM with due recommendation.
ارزیابی و فرستادن فورم خدمات مالی و اسناد مربوطه به مدیر خدمات مالی با پیشنهادات لازم.

• Prepare related documents as per the credit policy in presence of the loan group members.
تهیه اسناد مربوطه در موجودیت اعضای گروپ و مطابق قوانین و مقررات قرضه.

• Submit the CFSF along with related documents to the FSM in due course.
تسلیم نمودن فورم خدمات مالی با اسناد مربوطه به مدیر خدمات مالی.

• Follow-up the monthly repayments of client and overdue clients.
تعقیب نمودن بازپرداخت های ماهوار مشتری و مشتریان تاخیر شده.

• Take necessary motivational initiative and conduct activities to increase the number of clients.
پیشقدمی در تشویق و اجرای فعالیت های لازم به منظور افزودن تعداد مشتریان.

• Attend monthly staff meeting.
حضور داشتن در مجلس ماهوار کارمندان.

• Hand over all clients to FSM/FSO at the time of transfer/ resignation/ termination.
تسلیم نمودن تمام مشتریان به مدیر / کارمند خدمات مالی درهنگام تبدیلی/مستعفی شدن/ برکنار شدن.

• Select 250-350 clients per set criteria in his/her given area.
انتخاب 250 الی 350 مشتری واجد شرایط در ساحه مربوطه.

• Manage 75-100 collection groups as per set rules.
اداره نمودن 75 الی 100 گروپ قابل جمع آوری مطابق مقررات تعین شده.

• Conduct at least 10 client interviews per day for installment depositing and client enterprise checking.
مصاحبه نمودن روزانه حد اقل با 10 مشتری جهت جمع آوری اقساط و چک تجارت مشتری.

• Select monthly minimum of 20 clients for visiting proposed clients’ homes and businesses.
انتخاب حد اقل 20 مشتری جهت بازدید از منازل و تجارت ایشان بطور ماهوار.

• Perform any other task assigned by the FSM;
اجرای وظایف دیگر که از سوی مدیر خدمات مالی دستور داده میشود.

• Comply with all the policies and procedures of Mutahid.
