Duties and Responsibilities
•Organize and manage all tax reports related to Afghanistan Taxation rules.
•Assist SFO (Senior Finance Officer) in handling taxation matters.
•Answer and respond to Suppliers’ inquiries on their tax problems.
•Schedule and organize tax works and assignments for SFO (Senior Finance Officer).
•Assist and support SFO (Senior Finance Officer) in filing tax returns on time.
•Organize and manage all tax reports, statements and documents relating to clients.
•Assist and support audit team in their tasks of tax audits.
•Maintain strict Suppliers confidentiality relating to their tax matters.
•Adhere to tax SFO (Senior Finance Officer) standards and ethics in tax assistant functions.
•Calculating and Submitting All Kind Tax (Salary Tax, Rental Tax, Contractors Tax, BRT and Annual tax regarding to Afghanistan taxation rules.
•Clearing all issues related to tax in MTO, LTO ARD, AISA.
•Collecting Tax forms and ACSS forms from Suppliers and Bank for transferred Tax amount.
•And other tasks assigned by HOD.
•Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to objectives.
•High level of organization and time management skills
•Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
•Ability to handle oral and written communications independently.
•Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of staff
•Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
•Knowledge and understating of Afghanistan tax law and regulations
•Bachelor Degree in related field
•Two years’ work experience with different project
•With certified training on Afghanistan tax law and Ministry of Economy rule and regulations (If possible)
