Job Summary

- Visiting the doctors, drugstores, private or governmental clinics, nurses, private or governmental hospitals and the organization purchasing medicine or the organizations working in health sector to increase the level of medical products sales which are under the company exclusive.
- Closely work with customers and consumers to increase the interest of them to buy and use all the company products till growth of 100% sales level the monthly bases target.
- Indefeasibly of strong relationship with all the targeted customers/consumers where the company reach to its set target.
- Keep high level customers’ satisfaction by any means of interpersonal behavior and attitude.
- Exploration of the markets and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Understand the scope and main purposes of the position
- Establish your own work management system/diary
- Understand your target area and target groups
- You have to develop your own map of your target in your diary
- You have to have complete information about your target groups
- You have to know advantage of the products over similar products in market and be able to explain this advantage to customers
- You must be aware of the market situation
- Develop your monthly, weekly and daily action plan
- Develop your monthly, weekly and daily report as per the format
- Attend the marketing team planning and reporting daily, weekly and monthly meetings
- Data collection time to time, using survey skills and methodologies
- Establish your own marketing approaches and methodologies as per the company requirements
- Understand the target market needs and wants and make sure fulfilled on time
- Understand the needs and wants of the main target groups (customers)
- Continuous study and data collection about of the target area (consumer)
- Categorize your customers as per the framework developed by your manager and marketing department
- Seek to find out about the customers’ complains, record, analyse, find the relevant person to deal with the problem and strongly follow up
- Make and maintain strong relationship with customers as a close friend or family members, (Business Space Should be Kept)
- Identify the customers needs and attain as per the ability of the company
- Coordination and Cooperation to plan and conduct conferences to doctors and other health sections staff
- Market analysis, identify and report the findings and opportunities
- Analyse the competitors from different aspects
o Target areas
o Their marketing teams
o Work methodologies and approaches
o Their intervention in the market and their reputation among the customers society
o Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the customers
o Identify the weakness and strength s of competitors
- Active participation in the events plan and conducting by company such as:
o Exhibitions
o Conference’s
o Invitations
o Workshops and Trainning
o Seminars
o Etc
- Motivate and convince the customers to utilize the Afghanpharma products only by explaining the best quality of the products
- Introducing any new products and getting orders from customers along with strong follow up of orders
- Coordinating a meeting between the visited doctors with the relevant drugstore (s) or informing the drugstore (s) about your visit with the relevant doctor and the doctor interest from the new introduced medicine (s).
- Supportive routine visits of the customers (Doctors, Nurses, drugstores etc), individual or group-wise.


- Essential:
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to interpret, analyze and use consumer data
 Understand and interpret market and consumer trends
 Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Power point)
 Analytical skills
 The problem solving skills using proper approach
 Active team player
- Desirable:
 Languages : Excellent written and spoken Dari & Pashto along with Good English


- Bachelor Degree in medical/medicine related areas
- Diploma in Marketing with a minimum of 3 years experience in this field
- Basic understanding of marketing strategy
- Technical marketing skills & proven experience in customer care and customer service
- Competitor and market analysis skills
- Formal presentation skills & persuasiveness
- Adaptability and Innovation
- Energy and driven
- Good personal organization and planning skills
- Commercial awareness
