Job Summary

Under direct supervision of AHG Chief Financial Officer, the Contracts Manager will be responsible to handle and advise AHG on all contractual matters. He/she will also act as an in-house counsel and capture manager for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage company’s agreements, including but not limited to lease agreements, license agreements, services agreements, employment agreements, and procurement related agreements.
In coordination with Business Development, plan, direct, and control all activities related to capture efforts for small and large complex bids and proposals.
Act as legal adviser for the company.
Develop a plan for making regular contact with prospective clients.
Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts according to relevant government laws.
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
Serve as point-of-contact between AHG and its clients on contractual matters.
Provide guidance on contracts to staff and senior management.
Monitor contract compliance with established procedures.
Get appropriate contracts signed by all parties involved in a new business deal.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or any other relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
