As a Marketing Associate you will pull partners into Buber and other similar products. From Identification of potential drivers, attracting them to sign up, branded, trained to managing their day to day performances.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meets assigned targets to profit, and perform field visits, to attract, sign up, brand, manage the performance of drivers to leads to strategic objectives of the company.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory. Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Provide necessary support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Recruit and supervise the training and development of partners to meet the department and company standards.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Receive and transfer partner & end user’s complaints to concerned person.
Ensure availability & visibility of brand/services across assigned territory.
Manages potential channel conflict with other firm channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements


Achieves assigned targets.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Completes partner plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet customer and company expectation
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.


Minimum three years of Sales, Channel support, experience in B2B or B2C environment
