To provide security management service and support to the staff, non-staff including WHO all properties in secure, safe and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
1- Provides security assistance to the staff, office premises, building and WHO property.
2- Screens the visitor or visitors as well as their hand carry and other belongings before entering the office premises.
3- Checks mails, correspondences and packages of any unusual appearance before handing over to the office.
4- Registers and maintains a record for the time-in and out of staff, visitors and vehicles.
5- Moves around the office premises from time to time, most often at night-time and checks any unusual movements within the surrounding area of the premises.
6- Sees to it that no WHO property shall be taken out without gate pass.
7- Reports to his supervisor of any irregularities observed during his duty hours.
8- Operates the office generator in case of power failure and checks the water supply as well.
9- Performs other duties as maybe assigned or required of the job
Travels to Provinces
Require Travels to Provinces
• Good knowledge of operation procedure of VHF, HF
• Proven ability to deal with clients with tact and respect for diversity.
Essential: Education equivalent to eight years in school.
Essential: At least one-year experience in admin/security area.
Desirable: Relevant experience in the UN/Government/NGO system
Languages: Excellent knowledge of the local languages and basic working knowledge of English.
