About Office of Senior Advisor to the President of Afghanistan on Banking and Finance

The Office of Senior Advisor to the President on Banking and Finance is responsible for formulating the overall economic strategic goals of the government. It accomplishes this objective through four work streams: (1) coordinating policy-making for domestic and international economic issues, (2) coordinating economic policy advice for the President, (3) ensuring that policy decisions are consistent with the President’s economic goals and (4) monitoring implementation of the president’s economic policy agenda.

Job Summary

Admin Officer is responsible to provide day to day admin and finance support to the team in performing administration tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

To prepare admin, financial, procurement and HR documents required for smooth functioning of the office
To look after management and maintenance of overall administrative records and documents in a professional manner.
To arrange meetings and ensuring that each participant is properly informed and have confirmed, and keeping records of all official meetings
To follow up with Administrative Office of the President on any pending administrative documents and other related issues.
To look after providing, distributing and keeping proper balance and update of office stationery
To maintain staff attendance
To maintain stock records.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Skills

Language Skills
Fluent in written and spoken Dari/Pashto and English.

Computer Skills
Competency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or a closely related field.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with additional years of experience.
