Duties and Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge and capacity of practical working on QuickBooks.
• Working on currencies based transactions, receiving, selling records of goods through QuickBooks and currencies based reporting.
• Cost analyzation for Avg cost of goods measurement control of stocks.
• The ability to work professionally with AR, AP, SoA, inventory management.
• Having knowledge of providing journal reports daily based on our branches.
• Customers, Vendors, Inventories, amounts of cash, and bank reconciliations and SoA generation and reporting.
• Reporting daily based transactions to branches and report matching and reconciliation.
• The ability to contract analyzation and evaluation
• Reporting of AR summary weekly based and SoA of clients and customers based on need.
• Replying on time to emails, reports, of branches and knowledge of outlook.
• Cash flow analyzes ability and FTTs performance experience.
• Good knowledge of documentation and taxation.


- QuickBooks, Accounting Principles
- Good Knowledge of Ms. Office
- Knowledge of Administration
- BBA or BA in the fields of Accounting or Economics or Business


BA or BBA in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

- Experience of QuickBooks
- English language
- Knowledge of Accounting and finance
- At least 3 years of related experiences
- Best typing of Dari, English
