The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society.
The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care.
MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. مسوول اجراآت يوميه حاضري وغير حاضري پرسونل، درج اطلاع مريضي، رخصتي، تصاديق طبي وثبت وترتيب وراپورحاضري به شمول معاش وماکولات نقدي ميباشد.
2. بررسي يوميه از حاضري پرسونل اداري، فني و خدماتي به اساس با تفاهم به مدير اداري . پرسونل را به پابندي دروظايف واجراي امور محوله ترغيب وتشويق منمايد
3. معامله اسناد وتصاديق مريضي ورخصتي هاي تفريحي پرسونل وغيره رقعه جات آن به دفتر حاضري مطابق قانون بعد از ملاحظه شد اداره شفاخانه
4. ارايه راپور حاضري، رخصتي هاي مريضي ها به مديريت محاسبه و نقدي بشکل ماهانه
5. حفظ ومراقبت دوسيه قرار داد اجيران وکاپي هاي فورمه پ2 مقرري ها وعلم و خبر همجنان حفظ و نگهداري دوسيه هاي مربوط کارکنان
6. ترتيب وتنظيم دفتر ذاتي تمام کارکنان رياست شفاخانه
7. کنترول وبررسي ازحاضري تمام پرسونل بشکل همه روزه
8. تحرير وترتيب مکاتيب مبني بر غيابت و استعفاء پرسونل از طريق رياست مربوط
9. ترتيب علم وخبر ،طي مراحل سجل ترفيعات پرسونل به شمول تفاعد
10. حفظ و مراقبت و اجراي مکاتيب وارده وغيره اسناد مربوط ماموريت ذاتيه
11. اشتراک درجلسات رياست مطابق تقسيم اوقات وپروگرام کاري
12. تهيه گزارش ماهوار ، ربعوار و سالانه فعاليت هاي کاري به مديريت اداري

Qualifications

داشتن سند لسانس با یک سال تجربه کاری و مافوق بکلوريا با سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط
2. مهارت نوشتن مکاتیب
3. مهارت کاري درقسمت پروگرام Word و Excel
4. داشتن قوه افهام و تفهيم

تجربه کاري: حد اقل دو سال در بخش ذاتيه و يابخش هاي ديگراداري
