Providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Carry out the custom clearance process of all the shipments
• Be updated of all the shipments and its custom clearance process
• Prepare report of all the shipments to ACG and its process.
• Have a great knowledge of the custom clearance
• Send and deliver any document or items via DHL etc.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Maintain office supplies for department

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in Business administration required
• 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
