Maintaining and ensuring the smooth coordination for admin related tasks, supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• suggest recruitment in administration department as per requirement, train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines given by various department for various task.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for administration department.
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Manages all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, records and files, academic course scheduling, and meetings and events planning.
• Facilitates and supports faculty activities.
• Serves as liaison on behalf of the organization to all internal departments and external contacts; assists with all internal and external communications.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Consults with operating officials on program plans in relation to fiscal capacity.

Skills

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Pashto /Dari is an asset;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution preferably in Business Administration and Management.
• Minimum five years experiences in related field
