Sales Supervisor Cluster

Duties and Responsibilities

 Produce and implement in each provinces of Cluster development plan for Cluster regions to achieve maximum revenue in both short and long term.
 Monitor and feedback competitors activities and reported appropriately.
 Maintain LBS across the geographical area given, actively prospects and hunt new business opportunities.
 Develop and maintain a close working relationship with regional sales supervisor.
 The Cluster Sales Supervisor role is to support and add new users, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all MINISAF such as retail-outlets, AWCC Centers and Master Distributor.
 Maintaining and increasing sales of assign area ( regions )
 Reaching the targets and goals set for assign area ( regions)
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
 Setting sales targets for individual retail-outlets- AC Centers, Truck shops, Direct Sales, Tavana team, and controlling the Kiosks for whole region.
 Allocating areas to sales representatives and distributor
 Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
 Collecting customer feedback and market research
 Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
 Ensures and sort all MiniSAF list and records, reports and documentation.
 Verifies IT forms with IT team and share the exact list for Mini SAF creation.
 Keeps internal IT portal systems by updating and changing new IMEIs.
 Experience with technical evaluation or documents checkup.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or other related fields.


Minimum 3 years experience at an operational level in a related environment.

Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Digital Payments Systems
