We are building contractors based in Afghanistan, Turkey,Dubai, SwC Construction since 2010 with a G+1 license of building contracting. We specializes in construction of USACE Projects, Villas, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses and any type of structural modifications.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the Scheduler is responsible for providing excellent Schedule skills when scheduling of Bidding Project and/or Awarded Project according to Technical Requirements and SOW . This position also work on Planning and Contracts Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides excellent administrative performance and schedules and deploys workforce and ensures adequate staff coverage for USACE Project and other Projects in P6, Develops and documents scheduling procedures. Prepares All kind of Schedule such as Pre-bid Schedule for USACE and ETC... . Complies statistics and creates reports of various aspects of workforce deployment as requests.

Additional duties include:
Coordinates the availability and scheduling for All SWC Construction Projects.
Prepares and performs USACE Schedules
Serves as a resource to other departmental staff.
Maintains and updates information on scheduling
Prepares schedules to best optimize staff resources while minimizing costs.
Develops strong relationships and coordinates with internal and external departments and peer groups through excellent communication.
Works to solve a variety of issues and makes decisions based on knowledge of the department’s operational policies and procedures.


Strong project management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient computer skills also and Primavera p6
Ability to operate with strategic design thinking and data analytics
Ability to succeed within a collaborative work environment
Ability to accurately prioritize concurrent projects
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience planning and managing a budget
Weekend work and some holiday work is required


Bachelors degree preferred
1-3 years related scheduling experience
